I. Course Title                      :           ETIQUETTE, SOCIAL GRACES AND PROTOCOL

II. Course Description       :           The course examines contemporary etiquette, social graces and protocol, focusing primarily on the interplay between personality and different situations. It includes management skills as it relates to manner. The course probes the ways in which virtues and vices works in transforming an individual to be a gentleman and a lady.

VI. Course Objectives       :           At the end of the course, the students must be able to:

A.   General Objectives

1. To understand and apply operations, marketing and human resource development management skills as they relate to manners; and
2. To demonstrate proper behavior in the classroom and in other social situations.
